One of the hospitals of the front-line zone was given medical humanitarian aid by order of the commander of the United Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Serhii Naev.
The humanitarian cargo includes the necessary means for conducting surgical interventions, equipment for conducting medical examinations of patients, means for relieving the condition of bedridden patients, and casting consumables. Medical workers also received medical surgical clothing, means for taking and transfusing blood, etc.
According to Lieutenant General Serhiy Naev, this hospital is a multidisciplinary secondary level health care institution. It provides specialized round-the-clock medical assistance to patients of a special contingent, in particular to people who have been injured as a result of enemy fire, as well as to forcibly displaced persons and civilians arriving for inpatient treatment.
It should be noted that the humanitarian cargo arrived from the USA with the assistance of the "Protect the Future" CO CF within the framework of the cooperation memorandum concluded earlier with the Joint Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the near future, as announced by Serhiy Naev, medical facilities located in the Northern Operational Zone will also receive humanitarian aid of a medical kind.
